Since 1996, Blue Water Grill has lived in the marble-lined former home of The Bank of Metropolis on the west side of Union Square in New York City. With its grand old New York-style dining room, see-and-be-seen outdoor café, and downstairs jazz room with live music, the restaurant has been on Zagat's 'most popular' list in New York City since its birth.
